Plot Summary
Hamaji arrives in the sprawling city of Edo as a skilled mountain tracker, hired to pursue the Fuse, creatures born of human and beast, blamed for a string of brutal deaths. Alongside her brother, she enters the hunt with professional detachment. But when she encounters one of her targets, something shifts.
